Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Question 2

How do I make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

You can book online through our Reservations page in just a few minutes. Select your service type, vehicle, date, and trip details to receive an instant quote. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and a secure link to complete payment.

Question 3

Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your pickup time, address, or other details. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes within 4 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Question 4

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, priority booking, and dedicated account management. Please contact us to discuss your company's travel requirements and we will tailor a programme to suit your needs.

Question 5

What vehicles are available?

Accepted Answer

Our fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade ESV, Cadillac Lyriq (electric), Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Chevrolet Suburban, and Lincoln Navigator. Each vehicle is meticulously maintained, fully detailed before every journey, and equipped with premium amenities.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind — including vaping and e-cigarettes — is not permitted inside any Pearson VVIP Limo vehicle. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

Question 7

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can select your preferred vehicle during the booking process. If your chosen vehicle is unavailable for your date, we will contact you to arrange an equivalent or upgraded alternative at no additional cost.

Question 8

Are refreshments provided?

Accepted Answer

Complimentary bottled water is provided in all vehicles. For special occasions, we can arrange additional refreshments such as champagne, soft drinks, or light snacks upon request. Please note this at the time of booking.

Question 9

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your service type and vehicle. Airport transfers are charged at a flat rate. Point-to-point trips are calculated by distance. Hourly charters are billed per hour with a minimum booking period. All quotes include gratuity and applicable taxes — there are no hidden fees.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure GoDaddy Payments checkout. Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation. We do not accept cash payments.

Question 11

Are gratuity and taxes included in the quoted price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every quote displayed on our booking form includes an 18% gratuity for your chauffeur and applicable Ontario HST (13%). The total you see is the total you pay — no surprises at the end of your journey.

Question 12

Do you charge extra for wait time?

Accepted Answer

For airport pickups, we include a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time to account for baggage claim and customs. Additional wait time beyond this period is billed at our standard wait-time rate.

Question 13

Do you monitor flight arrivals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We track your flight in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will automatically adjust their arrival time. You will never be left waiting because of a flight delay.

Question 14

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

Accepted Answer

For arrivals at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a personalised name sign. Exact meeting point instructions will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Question 15

Which airports do you service?

Accepted Answer

We primarily serve Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ). We can also arrange transfers to and from Hamilton International Airport (YHM) and other regional airports upon request.

Question 16

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Question 17

What happens if I need to cancel due to a flight cancellation?

Accepted Answer

We understand that flight cancellations are outside your control. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us immediately with documentation and we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for a future booking.

Question 18

Is there a child seat policy?

Accepted Answer

We can accommodate child safety seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the child when booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is installed. Ontario law requires children to be properly secured in an approved child restraint system.
