1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Pearson VVIP Limo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by telephone, by email, or through any other channel. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement. You will receive a written confirmation with a unique confirmation number.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, flight information, and passenger details. Pearson VVIP Limo is not liable for delays or missed connections resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge. We allow a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes from the actual landing time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and gratuity unless otherwise stated. Quoted fares are estimates; final charges may vary based on actual distance, wait time, or additional stops.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless a corporate account arrangement has been established in writing. We accept all major credit cards. Charges will appear on your statement as Pearson VVIP Limo.
Additional charges may apply for: extra stops beyond the booked itinerary, excessive waiting time beyond the complimentary period, cleaning fees for damage to the vehicle interior, tolls, and parking fees incurred during your journey.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows will be charged the full fare.
For special events, group bookings, and long-distance trips, a separate cancellation policy may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward our chauffeurs and vehicles at all times. Pearson VVIP Limo reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger's behaviour poses a risk to the safety of the chauffeur or the vehicle.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of up to $500 CAD will be charged for any violation of this policy or for any damage caused to the vehicle.
All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. The maximum passenger capacity for each vehicle must not be exceeded.
6. Liability
Pearson VVIP Limo carries full commercial liability insurance as required by the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. Reasonable efforts will be made to return found items, but we accept no liability for lost or damaged personal property.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
